Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses ColorMatch Assist, operated by ES Impact Ventures LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Content you upload

You may only upload photos and other content that you have the right to upload. Do not upload:

• Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
• Content that violates anyone's privacy or publicity rights.
• Photos of minors without the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content.
• Malware, exploits, or content designed to harm the Service or other users.

How you use the Service

Do not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Access the Service using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) except through interfaces we explicitly provide.
• Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, authentication, or any other technical protection.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to build or train a competing model or product.
• Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or otherwise interfere with anyone's use of it.

Support and communications

Support tickets and other messages you send us should be respectful. Abusive messages may be ignored, and repeated abuse may result in account suspension.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove content, restrict features, suspend your account, or terminate it. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
